The father-son duo team are moving from CA to the NC region due to the increasing growth in the state and lower business taxation.

Gary has a management background and Joshua is in the construction industry. They will be joined some family members to start the restoration business in their area, so they can hit the ground running.

Rainbow Restoration is in the iconic Neighborly portfolio, which is one of the world’s largest home-service franchise brands. This franchise is fundable through and SBA Express loan and the capitalization will go up to $300K. We would like to sincerely like to thank Derek Zimmerman for his outstanding support with this team. This is one of many placements we have made with this brand in 2025.
