I am so proud to have completed my second Certified Franchise Executive, (CFE), recertification since initially finishing my initial designation in 2017. This designation is the gold standard for professional development in the franchise industry and is administered by the International Franchise Association.

The Certified Franchise Executive, (CFE), is a rigorous and comprehensive program designed to increase your knowledge, so that you can operate with the highest standard of ethics when guiding your candidates through the franchise process.

The courses included: the legal and business aspects of franchise sales, leadership, business ethics, financial management, compliance and even an outstanding class in AI. I learned so much during the past several weeks, which will allow me to continue to master my skills in the franchise industry.
