After we have guided you through the due-diligence process, you are ready to EXECUTE the plan. This is accomplished by working with attorneys, CPA's and outside business consultants connected with the Small Business Adminstration. Depending on your circumstance this typically takes about 2-3 months. You will have confidence in your decision, knowing have followed a process and that we have been your partners, every step of the way.
