When to Expand?

When your storage facility is occupied, at 90% or more, you may want to expand by building additional units or having portable storage units delivered to your site.

Once we “counted the costs” of building, and all the administrative complexities we had to overcome with the city, we opted to order the portable units.

It took about 6 months to finally be delivered to the site but the cost and time involved was substantially less than building from scratch.

Owning storage facilities are a great passive investment but you must have the capital and the knowledge to get a return on your investment in a reasonable time frame.
